Sol Solution has been commissioned to carry out a survey of the networks and their surroundings as part of the modernisation of regional lines. The geographical section analysed extends from Niversac station to Agen.
This assignment is part of a global project to modernise sections of railway line known as regional fine rail lines (LDFT). In this context, the studies require a large number of preliminary investigations to be carried out in the field. In addition to the topographical investigations and geotechnical diagnostics, an inventory of all the drainage networks and line approaches was carried out. We also carried out an exhaustive survey of all the cable ducts in the study area.
